Avoid.
While I was cooking dinner tonight I was sipping on a DFH 60 Minute IPA. We happened to have some falafel in the fridge (something else I bought at Costco) so I started munching on one to snack while cooking. While not earth-shatteringly fantastic, the Costco falafel is pretty good. And of course DFH 60 Min is one of the best IPAs in the country.
But together, ick. Strong flavors from both, and they just don’t work.
