Beer porn is a most appropriate label! My wife and I live in an apartment where the temperature varies widely, so I've just not been able to cellar anything while living here. I've had the Celebration Ale each year since we moved here in 2004, but I've never had the opportunity to try one aged. I've always suspected they would do well... as with Our Special Ale.
