My current theory on pizza and beer is similar to my theory on food and wine. Just get what you like and forget about the pairings. If you have a favorite beer that you are in the mood for, drink that. I personally like to switch it up between the lightweights--Hefeweizens, Lagers, and other low abv beers.

AWESOME. What a great idea. Looking forward to some mouth-watering pairings. And also wondering what craft brew goes best with pepperoni pizza. I'm more willing to splurge on beer than food, after all.
