Not sure if this officially qualifies as pizza. It has no sauce. You cover the crust with provolone, then add slices of pear, then sprinkle some crumbled gorgonzola, and finally add some nuts. Supposed to be walnuts, but all we had was pecans, and that worked well, too.

There isn’t really a lot I can say here: this combination is pleasant, but unremarkable. The Sawtooth Ale is a pleasant palate cleanser, it doesn’t take anything from the meal but doesn’t really contribute anything. It’s worth a try, but don’t expect any great revelation.
It’s not DiGiorno, it’s delivery. Domino’s hand tossed with pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, and green peppers. Decent pairing with Left Hand Sawtooth Ale.
